I was born in La Grande, Oregon. I lived there for about a year then we all moved to Northern New Mexico. I grew up around music my whole life. My father was a music teacher and I learned real good! I got out of school early and began running sound for the Angry babies, a popular Albuquerque punk band. I first played the drums in middle school I think I played the trumpet for a year or so and I've always loved the piano. I've been working on some piano tunes recently be sure to look for them here.

Ok, I've played the guitar for many years and did some gigging in Portland OR here and there and had a recording studio on the 2nd floor of the old Portland Cement Company building right under the Hawthorne Bridge. Also in the building was ottophokuz where the art work for the cover of Lummox the CD ed and Dave & put together.

I've met a lot of good musicians in my day some of them famous...Gruesome Galore, Eric McFadden, Storm, Birdsaw, Deadweight...but I have to tell you that having Ed Reasner as a drummer along with David Graham as a guitar player made playing fun and easy!

Ed & I are contemplating another westward sojourn to hit Dave up for another recording session soon. Don't tell anybody because we wanna surprise him.

I love music and I know I would have gone insane many more times than I already have if there'd been no strings no keys no pen and pad. I really enjoy writing lyrics too! I've gone through times when I didn't even want to write or listen to music but when pushed by friends love for it drew me out of what ever state I was in at the time depression or what not and shined the light on me.

Apollo was very fond of music, and was in the habit of playing upon the lyre at the feasts of the gods, to the great delight of all who heard him. I like making people dance and scream and yell and fall down drunk off their asses, enjoying the sounds me and my bandmates belt out. Wacky folk.

I miss it when it's gone: the whole band atmosphere, especially when everyone's in the right mind set. I hate having to convince some ass, "let's go man, It time to practice remember?" You always know when they're making some bullshit answer up as to why they can't make it! If it's some stupid girl related drama, you should just replace the member, in my opinion!

My mom always sang to me when I was young and I remember loving it! I think I've got a pretty good voice and so I've heard and I like to sing! I now play the bass guitar and have been getting better and better. I just heard from my friend Ed Reasner not more than an hour ago and he wants to get together in three days to Practice some stuff with Anton Kozikowski from Alien Lovestock. I'm gonna try and make it up there and see what the situation is...

I was born into music! I love it completely and whole heartedly and hope to die listening to a good tune I really love. Preferably one I wrote.
